I’m Shakira, the founder of Asha Active.
My journey began when I decided to pack up my life in Perth, Western Australia, to travel the world. With limited space in my bag, activewear quickly became my everyday uniform. It was all I needed! Versatile for training at the gym, traveling and everything in between.

Through that experience, I discovered how much I valued simplicity and versatility in what I wore. Activewear gave me the freedom to move comfortably and confidently wherever I was — from long travel days to moments of stillness. That feeling became the foundation for Asha Active — a brand built to empower women to feel their best, wherever life takes them.

Each collection is created for women who value versatility and confidence. Thoughtfully crafted with refined details, every piece is designed to feel effortless, elevated, and timeless.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return your item(s) for a Store Credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If a discount code was applied at checkout, your Store Credit will reflect the final amount paid for each item (after the discount). Our Store Credits do not expire. Returned items must be in 100% original condition to be accepted this means unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from any marks including makeup or self tan, with all original tags and bags included.

Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.

Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service when sending your return to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Items that do not meet our Return Conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow 2 business days for our Australian & New Zealand order processing and dispatch. Once shipped, customers can expect their package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or on WA public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.

We’re excited to introduce Asha globally! All orders shipped to the United States & Europe are handled with care by our international logistics partners.

International Shipping Flat Rate: $55 AUD

All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders shipped to the USA and Europe are fully covered by Asha so you can shop with confidence and no additional charges will apply.

Delivery Time
Standard international delivery, please allow 2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Customers can expect their package to arrive within 6-10 business days subject to your location and customs clearance. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll promptly provide you with a tracking number via email.

Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by carriers or customs. Additionally, to avoid potential delays please ensure that your international shipping details are accurate to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Please email our Customer Service team at support@ashaactive.com within 30 days of receiving your item to receive all details on how to return your item back to our warehouse facility.

Once your return arrives back to us, our team will begin processing it. Please allow 3–4 business days for this to be completed. Once processed, your store credit will be issued and an email will be sent to you with all your return details.
